Possible review: adjective + noun groups (an old black suitcase), singular and plural nouns (one chair / two chairs), and time expressions (at four / by five / today).

Delivery and collection
You can deliver today at 4 pm or tomorrow at 10 am. Collect the wrong coat, suitcase, and both chairs when you deliver. The crew keeps the lamp.

Check the final agreement
Send 1 red coat, 1 old black suitcase, and 2 matching white OR black chairs at 4 pm today. Keep the lamp. Collect the wrong coat, the modern suitcase, and both delivered chairs.
Three groups are wrong: the coat, the suitcase, and the chairs. The lamp is correct. Brown is preferred for the suitcase, but an old black one also meets the crew’s needs. Blue is preferred for the chairs, but another matching pair is acceptable.
Before Step 5: Ask the learner to write in Your agreement on Step 4 and read it back. Use that one copy.
04 / Make the call
Can you put it right?
Call the supplier. Explain the mistakes and agree on replacements.
You help a small film crew. Filming starts at 8 am tomorrow. The delivery is wrong. Call the hire shop and agree on replacements.
What you need
- The coat must be red.
- The suitcase must look old. Brown or black is OK.
- The two chairs must match. Any colour is OK.
- The table lamp is correct. Keep it.
Everything must arrive by 5 pm today.

Also on the learner page: Your agreement. After the order table, the learner has two writing fields: The shop will send and Delivery day and time. Ask them to write there and read the plan back.
