Put students into pairs or groups. Tell each student to write down their three favorite animals.
Groups or pairs then brainstorm POSITIVE adjectives for each animal. (example: dogs – loyal, friendly, energetic, etc.)
After the groups and pairs finish tell the students that:
- Their first animal and it’s adjectives are how they see themselves
- Their second animal and it’s adjectives are how other people see them
- Their third animal and it’s adjectives are how they really are
